We were commissioned by the prestigious Istituto Marangoni to rethink and improve the reception and orientation process of their potential students. An important work for one of the most sought-after schools in the field of fashion, art and design, with locations around the world.

The Istituto Marangoni has been training talent since 1935. In their classrooms, they have studied children from over 100 countries, accompanied by the best teachers.

Marangoni Sales Force training and coaching project involves ITA, FR, UK, China, Mexico, India, Dubai, Miami. We have designed and outlined Guidelines for communication between departments within Sales Funnel: Information Office and Admission Office. We have developed and defined Scripts and Rules of communication through the main Digital Touchpoints.

The work of our staff has been to harmonize the customer journey between the various student/family and institute contact points. Chat, phone call, virtual visit, meeting in the office, open day, are phases where Istituto Marangoni responds and directs the students towards the best choice for their training and professional path, an important decision that also represents an investment in their future. We worked on the Tone of voice used for various channels and the ability to create a comfort zone between Institute and student. From the first contact to the visit to one of the locations (in presence or virtual) we have consolidated communication paths differentiated according to the channel used. The aim is to convey to potential students the values of the Istituto Marangoni and, in particular, enable them to comprehensively understand all the useful information to choose the training: locations, subjects, teachers, career opportunities, without forgetting the most practical information such as selection and registration procedures.

For Istituto Marangoni, we also take care of the CARING project: training of reception and reception staff in the 8 global locations.

Extra: In November 2022 in the London headquarters of IM took place the training day "The Selling Ceremony & Tone of Voice", title of the day that YU Retail has "sewn" ad hoc for the sales team of the school, focused on managing the communication funnel with potential prospects, from first contact to registration. Welcoming the questions and doubts of the student, investigating his wishes and expectations, proposing "tailor-made" the best course of study, objection management and linguistic intelligence, were the main focus of the day.

In February 2023 we arrived at the Indian headquarters in Mumbai: "The Selling Ceremony - Training Pathway" is the title of the intensive day of coaching. Objectives and topics of the training day: Harmonization of the "Tone of voice" and the "Selling guidelines", the improvement of the management of "Customer Journey (and in this case we talk about student funnel), identifying the needs and needs and a particular focus on the various phases of the Selling Ceremony and the language used during its specific phases.
