Visual Merchandiser at Yu Retail are professionals who know how to move with ease in the world of retail, getting in contact with a wide range of projects, and upholding the best standards on behalf of well know premium brands operating internationally. They carry out Visual Merchandising interventions and set ups by appointment, starting from a predefined list of stores while ensuring the proper application of guidelines provided through specific Briefings.

We are looking for new members to join our team, based in in the various European nations and meeting these requirements:

Requirements

• Freelance professionals (Visual Merchandiser and Window Dresser) who already operate independently and willing to integrate their personal agenda with new projects commissioned by Yu Retail.
• Profiles with a consolidated Retail experience preferably in Store or Area Visual Merchandiser roles who consider a freelance career supported by our agency through continuous training and coaching in the field.
• English speaking
• Driving license

Il Visual Merchandising Coordinator di Yu Retail ha in dote un portafoglio clienti/brand partner e relativi progetti sia sul fronte visual che sul fronte formazione e store design.

Requirements

• Gestione progetti visual attraverso il coordinamento del visual team sul territorio (Italia ed Europa) per la corretta erogazione del servizio ai negozi (briefing al team visual, coordinamento attività, reportistica, relazione con il brand/cliente).
• Sviluppo progetti di visual strategico come, ad esempio, creazione di visual guide attraverso il coordinamento cliente-grafico-visual art director Yu Retail.
• Partecipazione a progetti di formazione visual in collaborazione con la Academy Yu Retail in veste di formatore.
• Partecipazione a progetti di formazione sulle Tecniche di Vendita in collaborazione con la Academy Yu Retail in veste di formatore.
• Sviluppo di progetti di comunicazione a vetrina e in store attraverso il coordinamento cliente-ufficio creativo Yu Retail.
• Organizzazione della reportistica attraverso la piattaforma proprietaria di Yu Retail per la raccolta dei feedback da parte del visual team e destinata al cliente.
• Conoscenza di Excel.
• Attitudine alle relazioni con i referenti dei brand/clienti.
• Attitudine alle relazioni con i visual merchandiser di YU Retail presenti sul territorio.
• Attitudine al teamwork.
• Inglese livello C2.
• Identificazione delle priorità.
• Dinamismo e multitasking.
